Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Lilly and Frank or any outside party.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.
Domestic shipping will take from 2-5 business days. Express post can be provided at an extra charge.
International shipping will take from 7-14days

If you receive your item and it's the wrong size or have a change of mind we are happy to exchange your item or offer you a store credit. Please email us at email@example.com with your details and reason for return. The item must be received by Lilly and Frank within 14 days for Australian customers and 30 days for international customers.
All items must be in original condition with tags attached. Items must be unworn and unwashed with no perfume/deodorant or tan marks. Lilly and Frank has the right to reject returns if not in their original condition. Returns will be processed within 3 days of receiving them where you will receive an email containing the credit note Items must be in original condition with tags attached. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. Lilly and Frank will not be responsible for any parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure. Lilly and Frank does not guarantee that the item or size will be in stock.
We thoroughly check all items before you purchase them, though if you believe your item is faulty please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the item and fault. Please notify us within 7days of purchase.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. <Lilly and Frank> will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
