Q. Shipping & Delivery

Lilly and Frank offers free postage on Australian Domestic orders over $75. A flat rate of $10 applies to all domestic orders under $75. We use Australia Post Express.  Express post is 1-2 Business days for Metro Areas and up to 4 days for Regional Areas. When you have placed your order you will recieve a tracking number once your shipment has been posted. All orders are processed within 12hrs of receiving payment or next business day. 

International Shipping; New Zealand Free Shipping with orders over $150.  Flate Rate of $15.00 for orders under $150

Rest of The World $25

Please note our international shipping rate is for up to 1.0kg maximum weight. An additional cost will apply for shipping over this weight.

International shipments may be subject to local import taxes, custom duties and fees and these are levied once the shipment reaches the country of detination. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Lilly and Frank are required to state the full value of the sale on the outside of the shipment.

Q. Returns

If you receive your item and it's the wrong size, or have a change of mind, we are happy to exchange your item for another size if it is available, or offer you a store credit. One off promotions i.e.; 30% off original price are all eligible for exchange or a store credit, where items listed under "Sale" are not able to be returned. Other non-refundable items include "jewellery", "beauty products".  

Please email us at info@lillyandfrank.com.au with your details and reason for return within 7 days of your order being delivered to you. The item must be received by Lilly and Frank within 14 days for Australian customers and 30 days for international customers. All items must be in original condition with tags attached. Items must be unworn and unwashed with no perfume/deodorant, makeup or tan marks. Lilly and Frank has the right to reject returns if not in there original condition. Returns will be processed within 3 days of receiving them, where you will then receive an email containing our store credit note.  Lilly and Frank do not cover return postage costs.
